What is the 5% build fee?

Small Form Factor (SFF) PCs are a little tougher to build than a normal ATX size form factor build. Thus, there is 5% build fee standard on all Atom PCs since we only develop SFF PCS. We believe desktops should be tiny but not sacrifice their power as the goal is to create power machines with the smallest footprint possible. With that ideology, cable management, finding the parts and putting together these tiny PCs take time. Thus, the build fee. All the parts of the PCs are retail prices or maybe even lower but the 5% build fee is there to stay and help as a business to build small, tiny customized PCs for you.

The PC is not working or booting up. What should I do?

If there is an issue with the PC on delivery, please check the parts and contact support within the first 48 hours to get your PC replaced. If it has been more than 48 hours, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery or a replacement. Contact support for more options.

How long and what is covered in the warranty that comes with the PC?

All PCs from the website comes with 1 year Limited Warranty that covers all parts of the PC except cosmetic items – light strips, fan lights, pc case lights etc. However, we will still help you find a replacement for them or you can purchase the affected cosmetic item from us for a decent price. In brief, the warranty covers all of the core PC parts – CPU, RAM, Motherboard, AIO, Power Supply Unit, Graphics Card and Storage. If these devices fail or defect in the 1 year from the date of the delivery, please contact support for a replacement and it will shipped out to you as soon as the defective item is shipped back to us. Atom PCS will reimburse shipping charges for the defective product once the item is received and tested. Other than that, if one years has transpired from the date of the delivery you can still buy the parts for their retails price or discounted price is available.

Is there another option for longer warranty?

Yes the maximum we offer is the 3 year lifetime warranty that can be purchased at the time of checkout or before the 1 year limited warranty expires from the date of delivery. The 3 warranty covers all the same items as the limited warranty that comes with all Atom PCs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. However, every country as its own limitations and duties so please contact as and we can arrange shipment to your country no issues. HOWEVER, the shipping cost is paid by you and any duties and tariffs are your responsibility.

How long will the PCs take to ship?

We try to keep to the 7 days limit of building the PCs but sometimes we can ship next-day if its built already. Each product has a label on it signifying if its ready for next-day shipping. If not then usually after 3-5 days, (7 days max) the PC is shipped and the tracking number is sent through text and email.
